Based on the Steam Surveys the 295 was a pretty niche purchase. I'd offer to take a picture of mine if you'd think it'd help, but I gather the photos that evga has posted are just as good if not better.

Could you link me to these photos? I haven't seen them and they might help.

Unfortunatly I have already removed the waterblock. I guess I could reassemble it, but I have no way of testing it as I have dissassembled the water cooling loop as well.

Reinstall stock cooling on GTX 295

Hello, I am having a very hard time trying to find an online resource for reinstalling the stock cooling on an EVGA GTX 295. This is the first style with the cooling sandwiched between the two video cards. Thank you.

Re: Core #2 is about 10C hotter than Core #0, Is this a problem?

I was wondering the same thing. I just upgraded to Core i7-930 from a Q9650 and noticed that core 2 usally runs about 2-3 degrees hotter than core 0 at idle. Under load core 0 is 1 degree hotter. Right now my temps are 36,34,39,32. I've cleaned off the IHS and heatsink base several times and reappli...

Re: Help with FSX Build

Don't know if this will help, but I play FSX on my rig, windowed, because my 23" monitor @ default resolution is 1920x1080 and everything is streched. It played perfectly on my older 19" LCD @ 1280x1024. FSX doesn't play well with wide screen resolutons.

Yes you can. I did it with some Corsair Extreme 1066 a while back. Just make sure the timings and voltage is the same.

I Agree with Jive. For what you are doing a WD Black would be just fine, and save yourself alot of cash.

I don't think it matters. Both crossfire and catalyst a.i. have to be enabled.

Watercooling Help

I am planning on setting up a single watercooling loop in my computer. I will be cooling a Q9650 @ 4Ghz, P45 northbridge chipset, (Asus Maximus II Formula), and a GTX 295. I'm not sure if I should go with this 1 radiator http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPa...
