I'll just comment on your windows 10 question. If you have an old windows 7 pro key, you can still use that., Just install Windows without key, boot, activate, enter win7 key done. If you are going to buy a new windows 10 version, I'd go with a pro version. Legal Keys can be bought for around $10-$1...

I don't know, the problem is that the pc only looks for PCIe devices during POST, after that when a device is found on a bus you could
