Before the computer would start lagging on start up and sometimes reboot itself after the black WinXP loading screen was done. the screen would flash with my cursor, then flash again and again. When i do successfully load WinXP the problems are st...

adding a 120mm fan adapter wont improve performance. plus the SLK800 doesnt have the usually screw holes for fans, its uses a clip mechanism which i dont know if it'll work with a fan adapter. get SLK800(A or U), whatever version u want, and a panaflo. they have a new 80mm thats 46cfm and 38dBA. rem...

Thermaltake SubZero4G P4 review

http://www.overclockercafe.com/Reviews/cooling/Tt_SubZero4G_P4/index.html at long last a review has finally come. it performed the way i expected it would, a tad better then air cooling. but those comparisons were between heatsinks that arent very well known for their cooling capabilities. had they ...

in the BIOS set your first boot device as CDROM. just put the WinXP cd in the drive and it ask you questions whether or not you want to reformat. do what it says and you'll be okay.

.....Mmmmm, I beg to differ. The GF4 Ti4600 will beat out the R8500 in more or less every benchmark by quite a large margine too. Here is an example of this. pattouk: coldfirex was saying out of the 3 choices that alaric listed to get the 8500. he didnt mean that the 8500 was better then the ti4600...

simply put its how much juice/power your component (cpu, ram, vidcard) is getting. the more the higher u can push the part but the less stable it will be.

the back fan is drawing air from inside the PSU. thats why it is blowing air out. here is how the 2 fan PSU works. air is drawn intot the PSU by the 92mm fan. this air goes over the heatsinks inside the PSU and cools it. the air that cooled the heatsinks of the PSU is now being sucked out of the ent...

man ur confusing me :D . anywho, as long as the air from the 92mm(bottom) is sucking in then it's correct. The side vents are meant for air to come in but u describe it as coming out. still with the 80mm(backplate) sucking air out, the bulk of hot air is still exiting your computer. Its not as thoug...

Yeah, and look at the Kyro2's asstastic max fillrate! It's all about balanced design... I can whip you up a core with 50 gigatexels of max fillrate... Without the ram bandwidth and shader power to back that, it's nothing but a renderer which will be idle 99.999% of the time. yeah but the KyroII use...

actually i think you should return it because i've never heard of any PSU manufacturer who blow air back in the case. it's probably a special case with your PSU. Either return it or open the PSU up and flip the fan around.

are you buying this for gaming? cuz the nForce2 would be a better option or waiting a couple of weeks for the KT400A. the KT400 is little dated now. You don't need 5 case fans unless you're shooting for orbit or trying to get that extra 15 MHz out of your CPU. On that note, 430W PSU is overkill for ...

with impending releases of new mainstream video cards it making things look attractive pricewise. most places have the 128MB 9500 out of stock because most are buying and using the softmod9700. problem is that ATI and affiliates are now putting the newer versions through circulation and the softmod9...
