BTW, I own 2 x 640GB SE16's, a 1TB "Black", 500GB & 750GB SE16's, a Raptor as well as a couple of Seagates. I guess you might say I lean towards the WD flavor drives.
I'm thinking RAM too. A-data isn't the greatest :-/ No, A-Data isn't "the greatest", but I've never had any problems using it, either DDR or DDR2. I have had problems with Crucial Ballistix and OCZ DDR2. :-? Most A-Data DDR2-800 kits run on 1.8v, but the Vitesta Extreme kits require 2.0-2...
Yep, the WD 640GB "Black" is the drive to go with. Don't fall for lower density 500GB HDs because they're a couple of bucks less. If you can swing a bit more $$, go for the 1TB "Black".
