they've won awards from other sites and been shamed by others. They have decent performance... for the price they have excellent performance. The intel SSD are the best but cost 2x as much.

You are going to be spending $$$ on HDD... why not go with an SSD. window install and all your programs should take up more than 64GB, if you put your documents on another hard drive. a decent SSD will still be waaaay faster than even raptors in RAID and completely silent. http://www.newegg.ca/Produ...

There is nothing wrong with a cheap mouse for an artist. A mouse is pretty much a mouse. Expensive mice are generally geared toward gaming. they have removable weights and very fast optical sensors. The slow plodding of tracing or pen work can be performed just as well with a cheap logitech mouse. I...
