Re: Windows XP Services

Sorry, I am a novice and do not understand what you said about "code".

How do you place my comments in your email. I tried cut and paste, it does not work for me.

Regarding what I'm trying to do is in my first message. Please check it.

Re: Windows XP Services

I did what you said to do: I got 10 "services". It indicated all were "running".

However, when I typed "code:select all", the response said: "The file name, directory name,or value label syntax is incorrect."

Thanks,

Will any of these Dos' work in Windows ME?

Hello!
Will either Dos 6.0, or 6.2, or 5.0 work in Windows ME?

I'd like to get either Dos 6.0 or 6.2 but if I can't, I'd settle for Dos 5.0.

If one of them works, where could I get it?

Thanks,
Dede

Re: "Drive X is using MS-DOS compatibility mode file system.

Nah, on WinME there is probably some old DOS program that's installed a device driver to c:\config.sys. I'd be a little surprised if that sort of malware can run on such an old operating system.
