Surge Protectors

Would anyone be able to recommend a surge protector for a home theatre system (receiver with 1000W output) and a LCD 52" TV? Probably wouldn't want to spend more than $100.

No input on sleeping pills. I find if you exert proper physical whatever, like running and working out you will sleep just fine. A 5 or 30 min jog is better for you than any pill. Funny story about not sleeping that wasn't cured by working out. When I was unemployed after college I'd wake up, work ...

I have been having the same problem lately. Lack of any good news over the past few years is getting to me... Advil PM is my friend and isn't addictive to get me out of the rut. I only use it on those important nights when I know the next day is going to be tough. Otherwise I just deal with the low...

Try taking 1-3mg of melatonin about an hour before bed, and avoid bright lights (including computer monitors) for about that length of time before bed. Try downloading and installing the registry patch linked about halfway down this page (in the Step 3 section). I've successfully used this to re-enable EXE files on infected systems in the past. Do this, but before you do go into the task manager. Defender spawns a process that hijacks your browser...
