Re: Network UPS Recommendation

+1 for CyberPower units. I have a pure sine wave backup and simulated sine wave backup unit for my computers. My router and modem are on the simulated sine wave older Cyberpower unit and I get about 30-45 minutes run time when the power goes out. These ancient homes with their weird electrical issue...

Re: Why I will downgrade my broadband.

I just wanted to chime in to say I am so glad to hear/see someone else having this issue. For the past month my Netflix has been insanely slow/SD - 288 / 248 /384p at max, when I was easily getting 720p on my 50mb connection.

I am looking at going the VPN route soon.

Thanks for posting this. :D

Re: UPS advice? powercom any good?

I swear by CyberPower systems. I have an older version of this http://www.amazon.com/CyberPower-CP1500PFCLCD-Sinewave-Compatible-Mini-Tower/dp/B00429N19W and a non-pure-sine wave version on my wife's computer and router/modem. Awesome stuff. Multiple outtages, spikes, brownouts and weird old powerli...

Re: Can my PC's 400w PSU handle a Radeon HD 7850?

This website tool has been a favorite of mine whilst planning my new build(s).

It allows you to put ALL sorts of data into it and is regularly updated with the latest processors and graphics cards.

Enjoy!!

Re: Battlefield 3

I just can't get over the point system. The very COD flash of how many points you received for doing this or that. Maybe I've just being playing BF2 PR too much, maybe I'm too old now, but something just doesn't seem right about BF3 being a proper successor to BF2. And don't get me started on how th...

Re: Discuss TR's screenshot contest

I really wish a requirement was to post the name of the game the screenshot it from. There were some really, really interesting screens that make me want to play those games, but I have no idea what they are!
