The 600T looks like a bit of a cooling failure with only one intake, and it's heavily obstructed by the drive cages - that's a bad starting point for a positive pressure cooling setup. My best overclock ever was taking an Athlon X2 5000+ Black Edition from 2.2GHz to 3.3GHz.
Previous to that, I had taken a Athlon 64 3700+ San Diego from 2.2GHz to 3.0GHz.
Currently, running a i5-2500K at 4.7GHz.

Overclocking can be fun.
