I just built a new rig w/ a 6870 graphics card, and was wondering if it would be worth it to install my old 6600 GT 128MB DDR3 card as a PhysX accelerator. Memory OC question

(n00b alert) A motherboard I am looking at says it supports the following memory: DDR3 1866(OC)/1800(OC)/1600(OC)/1333/1066/ 800 I think I have a handle on OCing the CPU and GPU, but am not sure how exactly OCing works with regard to RAM. Do I get 1333 memory and overclock that, or get 1600 or 1800...
