heck, 320G is still a useable size for a 2.5" drive. If they are new pulls in working condition, why not sell'em on ebay. After ebay and paypal rape you off the final sale price you should still get back enough to get few more SSD.

my recollection of windows, and thing I really did not like, is how the many personal and system folders are fixed to boot drive. From what I understand this is true in win7 as well. Does win8 allow you to mount some system folders to another drive? Let's take the myprogram folder as an example.

In my case when ubuntu first released distro with unity I moved to mint for 2 reasons; 1) unity was still not stable 2) I wanted distro with latest updates for sandy-bridge however now unity seem pretty stable. this is probably not relevant ... but, ... the means by which mammals sense distant object, using eye, is fairly understandable ... however using that capability to sense squiggles on paper or monitor then investing large amount of brain capacity to decoding it seem like a perversion ...
