Other things id be paying attention to are;
1) does it lock up in Direct3D or openGL games only, or both?
2) does it lock up only when gaming, or whenever your PC is under full/long load?

I think the graphix are awesome. THere is no other RTS that can compare in my opinion. THe only thing I have to complain about, about the game is that they removed the water units from Warcraft II and that you cant(like someone already mentioned) rotate the view.

I get only around 30/40 FPS in RTCW when I run 8x Aniso and Quincunx AA. And then I score 9600/9700 consistently in 3DMark2001SE.
