Did anyone else enjoy the Theranos debacle as much as I did?

This was a satisfying riches to rags story. On a related note, sadly, Marissa Mayer's deal went through.

Re: Is Linux getting easier to use then Windows?

Linux has been easy to use for a long time now.

That said, Win 10 doesn't have any more spyware or adware than Android or iOS or other modern OS.

Win 10 spyware is sending usability telemetry. Its adware is also a hell of a lot less annoying than 24 second youtube ads that play every other video.

Re: I want to buy a new laptop, but I want Windows 7

Win 8.1 is much more stable and faster than Win 7. The next release will have a boot to desktop option.

I wouldn't bother with start replacements. It's faster to search via Win + Q. Now that I'm used to this I'd hate to go back to the submenu in submenu start button - menu expansion is too slow.

Get checked out by a doctor first to diagnose any physical issues. As I got older I was worried about low testosterone levels and found out it has a profound effect on your mood, mental sharpness, and energy among other things. Prevention is better than cure so I would say hit the gym. I really beli...

I like WP8, I think it's gotten better over time in terms of speed/smoothness. Particularly the Weave app, a news reader I use when I need to socialize. Battery life has gotten better on my Nokia Lumia 920, I get through a day and a half without chargins. I usually only check email (100+ emails a da...

If Bill Gates died, how would the world remember him?

Reading many of the articles and blogs and the comment threads over the years, it's easy to see people hate Microsoft. And by association they hate Bill Gates. They love Steve Jobs and Apple. But Bill Gates > Steve Jobs. I just read about what he's done (5.8+ million lives saved etc.) and I'm so pro...

Re: Will I be able to survive without Andoird?

I have a 920, it's a nice phone. I like the catchy yellow color, live tiles, and the camera is the best of all the phones. There are some apps (150K or so) but I think it's missing some of the popular ones. Only thing I hate is the large size of phones these days (I was impressed with the iPhone 5)....

Re: BlackBerry 10 thoughts?

BlackBerry 10 is delayed until March/April, it's hard to say how well it works until we can actually play with it in stores. But anyway... BlackBerry may do well if businesses force their employees to use BB, but their enterprise presence has diminished with the increasing trend of BYOD. I also expe...

Windows 8 works great for touch input and mouse and keyboard.

Windows 8 was optimized (relatively) and is now faster and less resource hungry.

Windows 8 will get really awesome updates between now and Jan.

iPad. You only live once, enjoy it. Well... The iPad will pay for itself because 1) it has the app you NEED 2) the quality of Android and Android apps in general is noticeably worse 3) customers respect class and quality 4) self-respect = self-improvement Most realtors I've seen try to upsell custom...

My advice is not to quit your day job. My plain opinion is your wrestling career won't go very far until you reduce your bodyfat (I saw your pics), and remember you're not getting younger. I also noted you look like one of those arrogant/evil/hated wrestlers, I don't know if this'll help a wrestling...
