Basic Cell Phone with Full keyboard/Carrier Suggestions

I am looking for a suggestion for a Cell phone with a full keyboard for minor texting. I do not want an advanced smartphone as the phone will be used for basic conversation use and 20-30 texts per month. For the carrier, I do not want a data plan for internet use. I currently use Tracfone for pay-as...

Re: How do you make your coffee?

I make my coffee with just milk since I need the extra protein after having gastric bypass surgery. However, I have to use instant coffee so that it dissolves in the hot milk (microwaved). I have not been able to find a method to use fresh ground whole bean coffee to make my daily "energy drink...

Re: Don't mind me, just passing through

The article says the programs started 10 years ago. If they had problems with it, they should have removed it well before now. Its not like it was hardware that had to be physically installed, a simple uninstall process would fix the slowdowns. If he did not have the prior supervisor's approval as h...

Re: Wizard 101 = OMG!!!

I have seen the commercials and ads in magazines but have not tried it yet. I had the same idea at first of it being for kids only but since you have posted your experiences, I may give it a try. How does it scale for graphics? I am on an older PC waiting to upgrade soon.

Re: Protein shakes, but no workout

I use protein shakes as part of my food plan as I had the Gastric Bypass surgery and have lost 225lbs so far in 18 months. If you like coffee, then Atkins has 2 coffee flavored low carb protein shakes: Mocha Latte Cafe Caramel Latte They are 160 cal and 15g of whey protein and 1g carbs. They taste v...

Re: Antec Skeleton

there are no missing panels. it was designed for those who change components often. I like the look and would get one if my home did not have so much dust and pet dander floating around.

DDR2 vs DDR3 Ram Prices for the next year

I will be building a new PC completely within the next year, most likely winter 07 to spring 08. Due to budget constraints, most parts will have to be bought over several months. As such, I would be buying the CPU and Video Card as the last items so as to get the most bang for the current buck. Howe...

Caffeine is good. Too many withdrawal symptoms that last for too long to go without as the tiniest sip of some beverage or food with caffeine and you go through the withdrawals all over. I usually have 2-3 cups of tea a day and sodas every now and then.

I just finished reading this post which has inspired me to try and lose weight again.... I will secretly adopt one of the teams to be a silent member. Secretly as I can not give you my beginning weight until I get to the loading dock as most scales don't go past 350. Two years ago I was down to 343 ...
