Re: Sarah Connor Chronicles

I hope the show continues..... Perhaps John Connor will tell his father, Kyle Reese that Sarah Connor needs help. That is the only way Kyle might be able to know who Sarah Connor really is. The last episode might have either connected a lot of threads or could just lead to another time line but we n...

I got Pricess Liea, a pleasant surprise:

"A strong-willed herald of causes against injustice, you passionately strive to right the wrongs around you."

Re: PS3: Time to buy?

If I wasn't an MGS fan I would go for an Xbox 360. There are simply more games for the 360 as compared to the PS3

"This is SPARTAAAA"

just kidding, I like this one:

Pirate Lord: "Who is this betrayer?"
Barboosa: "Not likely among us"
Elizebeth: "Where's Will?"
Jack Sparrow: "Not among us"

No news of The Hobbit as yet.. New Line cinema's rights to produce it have pretty much expired I guess so I think Jackson should be in for an independent production along with Tolkien enterprises.

It depends upon which games you play. If you're playing C&C Tiberium wars or any other strategy games that card would be more than sufficient for your needs, but if you're going to play newer titles then that card might struggle at higher resolutions due to a relatively smaller amount of gfx ram.

If OCZ can take Pc Power and Cooling to the masses it would be the most favorable result reflecting the takeover, having said that, one would still want Pc Power and Cooling to retain it's excellent customer support and amazing line of power supplies without OCZ interfering too much into the design ...

Current DirectX 10 benchmarks are pretty disappointing from both NVidia and ATI. The FPS are way too low, especially for a generation touted for dx10 performance. http://www.legitreviews.com/article/504/1/ On a side note, ATI is having some serious image quality issues: http://www.legitreviews.com/a...

I have been using an SLi platform since a year, even though, there has been an exponential performance increase in most of the titles but the SLi support for Vista is totally disappointing. Maybe nVidia can work out a way before much awaited titles, such as crysis, come out in a couple on months.

We can expect, these so called ultra high end cards, in the 800$+ price barrier from here on. Not only the demand would not be as high as their current high end cards, the Tech sites...

I'll buy myself a decent DX10 card when Crysis comes out. Far Cry was DX 9.0's revolutionary game, and i expect the same from Crysis.

I do miss the old days when things weren't as complicated and we were younger :D

Do mail in rebates actually work?

I was about to build a new core 2 duo based system and saw a few items with mail-in-rebates. As i am unaware of the scheme, do they actually work. For instance, Newegg is selling the following ram for 169$ with a 40$ mail-in-rebate. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145590&...

i would love a trilogy made out of the First age in which most of the High Elves such as Finfolgin, Turgon and Finrod were alive. i know most of you would'nt be familiar with cricket, but a historical event is taking place in the form of an Ashes series between England and Australia.
