Re: Which recent game you'll be going back to in 5-10 years?

Fallout 3 . I can definetly see playing that game 5-10 years from now with mods. I agree with Fallout3.. and Rising Dead on my Xbox360 :) Just bought Rising Dead today (after renting it for 2weeks and finishing it) just waiting for Fallout3 in the mail! (both games usually always out of stock every...

... Hopefully you won't experience any of these problems with the new B3/65w X4's, but at least you'll have a heads up as far as potential problems go. :) Thanks for the info and heads up, Daveburt714! Re: I'm Impressed!

That's a nice overclock :D I own the same board, just running an El-cheapo Sempron 3000+ to get me started. BTW it won't run High Definition DVD's even with the onboard Radeon X3200 graphics and 4gig of RAM, but I thought I would give it a try anyway (only worked once for a few seconds, usually it c...

Re: CLOVERFIELD WAS GREAT !

I loved this movie ! It felt so realistic and nothing was dramatized for the hollywood-effect. It was so intense and satisfying. It is sort of disturbing though, since I will be going to school in lower Manhattan later this year :( The lack of closure was somewhat disappointing, but I know that if ...

Samsung also used to do a nice 21.5" S-IPS monitor, the 215TW, but this is all but discontinued and hard to find at a reasonable price). I currently use this monitor as a temporary High-Definition DVD tv through HDMI. Looks fantastic, only wish the screen was bigger! But going to fix that this...

I purchaced a new laptop from the DELL STORE. It is bundled with XPHOME edition. Dude, you got a Dell! Now don't be a Dill and bog it down with Vista! May as well keep using XP that is already on it. Only worthwhile I believe if running 4+ Gig of RAM to switch to (the 64-bit version I mean) Vista.

Re: 4x1GB@1066 or 2x2GB@800

I'm aiming to build a new computer and those are the choices. Do I shoot for faster memory or more overall memory? In 2-3 years will I need more then 4GB of memory? Is 1066 memory that much faster then 800 (this will be met with a Q6600)? Also the option of overclocking is in the air. Personally, I...

I think a few more can't hurt. They are looking very dated, but I think its great because they don't need to be some over-the-top flashy emoticons that slow down the entire page just because some clown added 3 or more of them to a single post just for a laugh.

Got a question about SLI. I was talking about to a friend about my single Gainward 512mb 7900GS, and was wondering if upgrading to 2x Gainward 8600gts 1Gig (1024megs) in SLI. a) Get an 8800GT instead, makes no practical sense to get 2x8600GTS. b) You mean 512MB of RAM, not 1GB. SLI does not add the...
