Just thought i'd share this. :D Is man not entitled to the game he buys? NO, says the man at SecuRom. It belongs to 2K. NO, says the man at 2K. It belongs to us. NO, says the man at Microsoft. It belongs to our license purchasers. I rejected those answers. Instead, I chose something different. I cho...

From reading waaay too many pages in the technical support forums at 2k i've gathered the following: 1) Love the fact that this new Securom is also a rootkit. Also, this new securom also gets installed when you install the demo. 2) As far as the 2x install limit, it has been reported that uninstalli...

Runs great on my X800 vanilla + Opteron 170 @ 2.8.
Everything on high + static lighting. Framerate doesn't drop below 60fps. And it's frequently at 100 (v-sync cap) when running around. This is at 1280*960.
No AA + Aniso though. Which helps. :)

Hi Tesserae, "I learned at the hand of masters, and you sir are no master." Now you've peaked my interest. What martial-arts have you studied? Do you tend to try many different styles and mix'n'match teachings to your own liking? Or do you pick a select few stylesand concentrate on those to fully gr...

That Geforce2MX should be backwards compatible...
Maybe you could give us the type of mainbord and CPU you plan to be runnig this videocard on.

If the MX is a no go, the Radeon LE PCI/AGP could be an option...

The Voodoo3 should also work, and i hear it has great linux drivers.

Besides, i need Morrowind to show off my new graphics card. This will be one heck of a polygon rich game....Most characters have around 10000 poly's. Then imagine walking through a whole village. No wonder they used it in the Geforce4 presentation....
