Caught the show a week ago on Comcast's digital preview in HD. I would give the show a B. Life and Chuck were more fun or interesting.

I buy all my games and movies, hardly ever buy music, probably because I hardly ever listen to it. All music these days sounds harsh to my ears, lacking any kind of dynamic range. I have always believed that if I use any ip product, I should pay for it, I also believe that means I can use it persona...

I doubt if there will ever be a clear winner between these two competing formats. Digital downloads will be the winner and people will have one of the two formats or a third new format to record the shows permanently. In a few years both formats will be paced by some newer technology, probably a GPL...

Also check the date of the article, May 2006. Old news. I do not think they have made any more progress in it.

nVidia has broken they unified driver architecture for Vista with the 8800, but that may be because of the Dx10 hardware. The real hammer blow to Microsoft will come when Dx10 hardware gets fully supported by open source. We can then see the overhead of all that DRM crud in Vista.

I would go with the suggestion, 2 regular screens or 1 widescreen. If most of your time in front of the screen is for games, then 1 widescreen. If it is mostly work, 2 regular screens.

I found that article pretty much of a joke. Unless you commit genocide on a massive scale there will always be differentiation in the human species. If there were no differentiation one wild virus and there will be no human race. That is the whole strength of evolution, having as much variation as p...

Hell of a lot simpler to just buy the movie in the first place. One of the things I was happy about my brother in law moving out after he and my sister divorced was the bandwidth for my internet gaming cleared up. No more P2P crap on our network.

Kids can make up their own minds about what they like and who they want to be. You can "protect" them as much as you want to but it makes little difference it they make up their minds about what they like. Think of I-RAM as disk, just very fast disk. As for RAM, 32-bit Windows will recognize about 2.5GB of RAM. I have 4GB of RAM on my machine and 32-bit windows only sees 2.3GB-2.5GB. When I boot up 64Bit Windows, I see 4GB of RAM.
