Re: dymt reloaded

Yes that's accurate. I think the shirt had something to do with one of Gleek's banning events. I think that was one of the ones I was at. I remember being at your house, FroBozz. I think the shirt burning was also the time Action Jim & I rented a car to drive out there & someone in a big ye...

RIP

I remember reading Without Remorse, and Rainbow Six. I enjoyed the movies, and a couple of the games inspired by his stuff.

Re: Choosing a new rifle.

I presume when you say "target shooting" you're not referring to bullseye competition. Those pistols are specialized, expensive and not suitable for protection. So I'll just assume you mean "shooting at targets to keep my skills up". That's exactly it. I'm not going to win any p...

Re: Choosing a new rifle.

So, you might want to go to a range which rents weapons, and try out several types. It's more important that you can hit the bad guy, even with a smaller slug, than miss him with a bazooka. BTW, don't forget to measure in the cost and availability of the bullets. Around here 9mm and .357 SIGs are h...

I have the same question, but about buying a handgun. Is it okay to piggyback on this thread or should I start a new one? Sure, but the same questions relate to you as they do to the OP. Namely: What do you want it for? (target, protection, hunting, plinking, collectible, etc.)? and What is your bu...

And some random Shoegaze playlists on YouTube to follow it up. I blame my cousin in college for getting me into that stuff.

I've been looking for something like this to carry to the gym, and on bike rides. That way I don't have to fiddle with the tiny fitness apps on my phone, and I can carry heaping mounds of music for my workout.

Plus, this thing looks all kinds of cool to me.
