Well I tried unplugging the speakers and plugging them back in, and no luck there. Any other suggestions, or any way I can controll my speaker settings individually?

The only problem I have is that some games have a tendancy of deciding how many speakers you have and change it for you. So nice of them eh? Yes, I've checked the speker wiring and it looks OK. I'm not sure what model of speakers I have, but Z-680 sounds right, or they may be the model below that. Thanks for the tip on unplugging them. I'll try that when I get home.

Well, today I booted up my PC and found that all the sound is comming from the left front speaker rather than the center. From the others, I hear either very quiet sound, or white noise. It seems like my PC somehow got confused as to which speaker is which, and is sending the sound to the wrong chan...

I'm not going to be making a new charecter right away. The first thing I'll do is take my current charecter (Stormshot, 60 Tauren Hunter) into Outland to start on all the new quests. If Outland is truly over crowded, I may just roll a Blood Elf. Not sure what class yet though.
