Count me in. I'm pretty sure I've been listening to your work on Youtube the last 15-20 minutes. You have a lot of talent.

Re: Need new android phone - Galaxy Nexus?

I took it because I needed more talk minutes than the 100 (GVoice is not porting in numbers from my area code, and my desire to keep my phone number was a priority) and I needed more data than the 100MB in the lowest-tier unlimited plan. The contract is not a big deal because we love the coverage. ...

Re: Need new android phone - Galaxy Nexus?

Just chiming in here... My wife and I absolutely love our GNex phones. We use Straight Talk ($45.00/mo unlimited talk and 2GBish "unlimited" data) with our Google Voice numbers. I'm saving around $70-80/mo compared to my old T-Mobile plan, and with GVoice, I can easily switch providers if ...

Re: Eve Online Plex question

It's fairly easy to make 300M per month with market/contract trading, inventing and manufacturing T2 items, or level 4 missions/0.0 ratting/Plex running (not the same thing as PLEX). Mining might also be a viable option, but you'll need access to a good 0.0 area with protection. There's a catch - In...

Re: TV Tuner Advice (aka I know nothing)

Nate, I'm not sure if this will help with your situation, but I just bought an HD-PVR to take advantage of the analog hole on HD/Digital Cable/Sat boxes. I went on vacation the day after I received it so I'm not sure how if it's going to work correctly, but the idea is that it can be added as a tune...

The guy who taught my conceal carry class turned permanently purple from colloidal silver. Inside he looked almost gray, but in full sun he looked deep purple. It was a major distraction for all of us- None of us knew what was wrong with him until the end of the class.

Re: Watercooling Help

Stick with a single radiator... you might want to add another loop down the road and will need the extra room in your case.

Splitting them up like that should have no impact on your cooling performance.

Have you considered buying a replacement LCD on ebay and installing it yourself?

Not being an Apple person, I've never replaced a Macbook panel; however, it's fairly straightforward on Dells and HPs.

Re: Sonic and False Advertising

I had service so terrible (consistent 15-30 minute waits for small ticket items) from my area Sonics that I ultimately discussed the issue with the then CEO. The guy was very very nice, but he couldn't do a whole lot because the Sonics in question were owned by franchisees. That was almost four year...

While I'm by no means an expert, I would recommend you go to a store devoted to running and have them professionally fit you. I just purchased several 20" WS Acers from Newegg for $20 or so (each) more than the price of the 19" you've listed. You might also consider Arctic Cooling MX-2 instead of the AS5 as it is non-conductive/non-capacitive, requires no curing time, and performs as well or better than AS5. Also...

I use an Ultra 120 Extreme with two fans (Scythe S-Flex) in a push/pull setup in an Antec 900 case. With my B3 (OC to 3.15 - evga 680i), after the AS5 cured, my best load temps ranged about 68-70C per core in a cool room. I managed to make a trade for a G0, and the temperature differences are HUGE. ...

Coldblackeyes.com - Server Migration

The coldblackeyes.com site is in the process of being migrated to a new server. It should be back up sometime tomorrow morning (8-9 central time is my best guess).

I assume this is the correct place in the forum for this announcement. If not, please accept my apologies.

Thanks,
