Just FYI, you don't have to use the software. You can manage it through their fabulous App.

Not unless you have hundreds of devices. Also he LE isn’t worth the price versus the pro. Even the lite will work for you.

Welcome to TR! I'm not a car person so I can't really help with your problem though. Maybe a vaccuum leak or a clogged air filter?

Re: Need to replace AirPort Extreme setup.

1200ft^2 is pretty tiny. We service our 2000 ft^2 house with a single Uniquiti AC-AP eight no problem. It even covers most of the front and back yards. It is ceiling mounted in the middle of the house and goes brought he block walls no problem.

We’ve had blackberry bushes for four year’s now that never berried. Probably going to rip them out this fall. It provides nice under-window thorn protection though.

600 each? Are they just large window units? Even mini-splits go for more than that last I checked.

Re: Happy Father's Day Weekend

Leaving the house at 4:30am to fly out on a business trip. So nothing for me. The irony is my dad flies back into town about eight hours after I leave from the airport. So we’ll sort of be spending Fathers day doing the same things at he same place, just not at the same time.

I personally only use touchpads that have physical buttons. I hate the one's that don't for exactly the reasons you described. I gladly sacrifice the real estate.

Re: What shows are you recently watching?

The Final season of Face Off premiers this week. I'm very sad. It is by far my favorite "reality TV" show/competition. It is the only one I know of that doesn't focus on the drama and the talent is put on full display. It is also the only TV show that I've bought on iTunes and we routinely...

Re: Headphone market for 2018: Hot mess

I had some really horrible ear wax problems ~20 years ago. Not unlike liquidsquid's wife's condition, it started to severely affect my hearing; I probably couldn't hear much above 4 kHz (maybe even lower). After repeated uses (over a period of a couple of weeks) of one of the over-the-counter earwa...

Maybe this should be a split into R&P but I’d be interested in the age of suiciders in that study. My uneducated opinion is that people aren’t told to suck it up or get over it as much at a young age and so find more of their life unbearable.

I just got a spam e-mail for Zune repair. I don't know if that is targetted or not. While we still have 4 of them in working order, we haven't used them in years. Very curious if it was just lucky, or targeted. Or maybe Hotmail is specifically letting those through the Spam filter

You might want to look into an active HDMI switch that maintains an active communication with all inputs and can switch much faster.
They can be pricey though. For example Crestron.

Movies are $5 for us at the theater at Universal (where we have free valet parking) due to our annual pass. This is for any showing before ~7pm. We pretty much always do that or wait until it hits the dollar theater where it is $1.75/ticket. If only babysitters were that cheap!
