Re: Attention motorcycle riders: a question

When I used to ride I did it both ways. If I wanted to come out of a corner HOT I would down shift going into the corner to keep the rpm's up. If i was coming up to a stop sign i usually just used the brakes. That's how I ride. If I have to stop completly, I just brake. If I'm slowing to turn or so...

Re: Warhammer gets major features cut

I still look forward to playing this one. I've been anticipating it for a very long time. Yea, it sucks that they cut so much for the launch, but there's still alot of classes to play, and a whole world to explore. And having that other content partially finished means a quick expansion, I would thi...

I want to see MC Chris pretty bad. I missed the last couple times he came thru Oklahoma. Other than that, I've seen most of my favorite bands already; Alice in Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, Ozzy, Tool, Deftones, plus many others. Going to see Dragonforce next month.

Re: Pirates of the Burning Sea

Now when you say repetative, do you mean like WOW repetative or like kill yourself repetative (if you find a difference between the two) What I mean is, the only thing I EVER fought were pirate or navy NPCs that all look the same and fight the same. There were no other types of creatures to fight, ...

We didn't get any of that up here in Enid. We got hit pretty hard last weekend.

You should see the damage just north of Cherokee. Every powerline pole is snapped in half, including alot of transmission line poles. Those things are huge!

I played in the open beta. The ship combat was pretty fun, but I agree, the land combat is quite repetative.

As for the population, I don't know. There were alot during the beta, as with most games. But I never picked up a retail copy, so I can't speak for current people playing.

My bike get way better mileage than my car, and its 26 years old (82 Honda Nighthawk 750). I average 40+mpg with it. My car (02 Chevy Monte Carlo SS) averages about 23-24mpg.

I got my name in Skin & Ink magazine in April this year. It's with a picture of my wife's tattoos, cause I'm the artist.

EDIT: Remembered another. My great uncle Don Kaiser played pro baseball for the Cubs in 56-57.

Good to hear derFunk. That's one that I wanted to check out. Alas, my gaming has slumped lately, and I'm not playing much of anything. Getting backed up on titles I want to play. Might have to do the monthly Blockbuster thing this summer so I can try them all.

My hair's the longest it's been in months, It's time. Same. I always shave it. My beard hair is longer than what's on top of my head. :P

Do you want a 2 door or 4 door? Does it matter? I just bought myself an 02 Monte Carlo SS about 2 months ago. Lots of room up front, nice car, easy enough to work on. And the 3.8 liter v6 is a solid GM motor. I think mileage is rated about 21/28, which was a big step up from my truck.
