Make sure graphics card is getting enuff power. Some of them take similar power plug like the ones for hard drives. I know my AGP card needed that. Maybe different for PCI-e cards.
I've been using Netflix in NYC since their early dayz. They have better website. My cheap ass $4.99+tax 2 movies a month plan comes with 5hrs instant online DVD watching. No complaints! Not the answer you or he wants BUT it is time to upgrade or maybe move to alternative OS. I'd understand if he was using Win2K BUT NT4 is just waiting for disaster to happen and not being a responsible for whatever he is supposed to be doing. Cold hard truth. Truth hurts.
Seems ok but don't think they are in same league as others (except Sony) mentioned by others and me. Check out the user review, one of them complained about bass...

AFAIK, ISP's mail smtp is unrelated to your IP range or domain, which got blacklisted.
Just like google, ISP's smtp will be smtp.myisp.com, if google works, that will, too. And since google works, I think I'm right about GoDaddy's strict policy. :]
How about using ISP's SMTP? Whoever is your ISP, they must have SMTP. AFAIK, GoDaddy is VERY strict. If using your ISP's smtp server works, then something's up with Daddy, maybe some authentication issue. That's just my opinion, I'm no coder.
Depending on the host, IMO they can be tuff to setup. I've tried out http://www.Movabletype.org before. Gave up afterwards when it broke. :[ BUT I'm getting too old for this shizzle. Or could be just a lazy bastard. :]
I must be going blind. No one recommended http://www.blogger.com FREE and lots of features to post, you can do it from Word, Cell Phone, Firefox, IE, email, 3rd party software.
