Re: Bedbugs FTL

bedbugs are very difficult to get rid of. you will have to put your cat somewhere else while exterminating.

this is a very good resource http://www.doityourselfpestcontrol.com/

i would recommend one of their liquids that you mix yourself. They also sell kits.

Buddy, I like what I see.  Looks like a true audio aficionado! What integrated amp is that?

Edit: Get a mousepad, they really do help.

it's a fostex hp-a8c. my mouse pad has seen better days so it didn't make the picture.

Re: slow pc help

it's vista.

check your task manager for svchost.exe using a ton of memory.

that would be the windows update doing it's thing. usually at boot.

solution. leave computer on and/or kill that process.

that is incredibly small. those would be awesome in a multi-monitor setup.

let everyone now complain about only 1080p.

Re: Time For An Upgrade! $1200 Budget

i'd go for the i5 3570K only $189 and then get a better board and overclock. if you are going to get your cpu at microcenter, you can also get the gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H for only $139 http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0386359 it's much better board it says $199 but, t...

i like this article at xbit

http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/storage/display/kigston-hyperx-ssd-raid0.html

there are definitely pros and cons.

also, it is only write speed that can degrade over time.

They're annoying. Stop it. Why do you have to say "RIGHT NOW" after each one? i agree. on one visit to the site a few weeks ago, every single thread under "Hot Forum Threads" was a RIGHT NOW topic. if i was a new visitor to the site and saw that, i'd be like WTF? even as an old ...

Re: Sorry to interrupt....

You would probably be better off backing up all your data and doing a clean install of Windows. That's the only way you can be sure that you're doing it right. If you are set on using some kind image, does the Windows Recovery Environment allow you to backup the image without booting into Windows? ...

Re: Sorry to interrupt....

However, with ssd's the need to raid isn't really worth the trade off of losing trim support and syspreping an image is not a guarantee that you won't come across bugs later. Is there a reason you need the extra speed raid would give you? *Edit: cause the grammar b awesome don't need the extra spee...
