High latenceys sometimes totally kill any performance gained by higher speed(IE. DDR2 533) DDR 400 went through that phase too, but the biggest thing plaguing that was the FSB ratio, once proc got 1:1 with the DDR 400 memory performance was drastically improved...

Ok my first system has been crunchin on one for like 2 days... does it normally take this long? I just kinda wanting to see my name pop on to the list somewhere here soon. As of right now it is 68% done. Some times that darn instant gratifaction gets the best of me.

I must admit I was surprised to see a 200 celey myself but it does exist...in all it's 66mhz bus and pc66 memory glory. Yea I plan on setting a no time limit for that one.
