Re: Gun prOn!

I'm not trying to toll here, honestly. What's the deal with gun ownership? What's the draw? I've never owned one, never wanted to own one (although if you want to own one, get down with your bad self, I'm not a gun control type either). What's the appeal? Is shooting that much fun? More fun than sa...

Oh my. Well once on the side line you kinda stay there. Guess it's time for the youngens to take over. aside from buggy clients that require loads of babysitting, the new point conventions make all the work i put in the past 6 years almost pointless. why bust my ass for 6 years with over 100 CPUs i...

Re: stress management

This is why people should have hobbies that require their presence in the outdoors. Some suggestions. 1. Trip to local gun range. [Special note. When I picked up the shooting hobby my heart palpations disappeared.] 2. Fishing [ it doesn't mean that you even have to put bait on a hook. It's a reason ...

THe last time I ran FAH

Well the last time I ran FAH AMD 2700's were not that bad of a processor. I haven't even though about computer hardware since then let alone software. So now that things are starting to fall apart I thought I would update my computer system. Maybe a nice graphics package and multiple monitors. You k...

Hello to the goddess from Texas. You all are about to get some wind down there, but cool weather is still some time away. The team does need help, though. And, sadly, leor has shown himself to be a pretender to kingship, with a whine that would make a toddler in diapers proud. :P No I don't believe...

That looks like a large farm that has been switched on mass to SMP. Looks like it was averaging around 11k and will now average in the mid to high 20k range. Note that the 37k day was preceded by 14k day so it looks like a bunch of systems slipped from delivering one day to delivering the next. Que...
