Re: AMD Radeon Crimson Edition 16.6.1 Driver

This has been a known issue for the longest time.

A few game titles may fail to launch or crash if the AMD Gaming Evolved overlay is enabled

That said.
Does anyone even use this?
It is the 1st thing I uncheck when installing a driver.

You guys are crazy calling that episode one of the best. It was poor writing with poor execution! This is a total deviation from the comic. I do admit that somethings from the comic would not translate well in TV/movie. But dang just don't make crap up. Have you not been paying attention? This ...

I am not experiencing those two known issues I listed while running the 1st hot fix which fixed the flickering compass issue. I stand by my original statement "Fix one, break two" Sucks that with your config you are seeing these two issues when running the 16.1.1 Hotfix Beta but not the 1...

Re: Samsung 840 & 840 EVO Bug

This is good news for vanilla 840 owners (and presumably the 840EVO owners too) in that the voltage drift issue isn't a problem if the drive is unpowered. Your drives only go "bad" whilst they're powered on in a PC Mine doesn't seem to be going "bad" This is before and after the...

Re: Fallout 4 and graphics cards

This game seems to really hate AMD CPUs, likely because it is terribly threaded and relies on fast single core performance. Hell even the midrange i3 stuff beats the FX-9590. I blame this on Bethesda's awful coding rather than any shortcoming with AMD CPUs. Anyhow the game runs terriffically on the...

I think you cannot use the "read only" option since you do need writes to happen in order to refresh all sectors. DiskFresh has a “read-only” mode that should always be used when dealing with flash drives and SSDs http://www.fact-reviews.com/info/diskfresh.aspx So is "DiskFresh"...
