What part of an attorney told me to type post it on the website do you not understand? There is no double speak. The DMCA is used to enforce Copyright violations. Maybe you are mad it exists. Not my problem, just don't copy anyone's site and you will never have it used on you.

You've made it about you. Your credibility and the accuracy of your statements are certainly relevant to the subject at hand. Every misquote, every citation that doesn't say what you claim it was, every misapplication of a law - they all speak to your lack of credibility in general. What was misquo...

Straw Man Argument. I surely don't care who I impress and why should I go away? Because you said so or don't agree with the topic? Bizarre. The troll comments are unnecessary.

Anyway to stay ontopic?

Hmm, if you're freely posting your copyrighted content on Comcast's webserver and encouraging others to view said content, just how does a takedown order fit in the overall scheme of things? Are you really saying that you'll sue Comcast to get your webpages taken down? Seems a bit more difficult th...

Sounds like you need a new attorney to me. The link on my site is a summary. Here: The Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act (OCILLA), a portion of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act known as DMCA 512 or the DMCA takedown provisions. The act added section 512 to the Copyright law...

That's because there are lot of pages that are not W3C compliant. W3C is a standard, IE is not a standard. So if FF renders more W3C-compliant pages than IE, it is more (not 100%, and none of your sources claim 100% too iirc) standards compliant than IE. IE can render more pages as you say, but tha...

I am not sure if I can say this any more clearly. People do not like you because you are a spammer driving traffic to your site and you contribute nothing to The Tech Report Forums. Do you honestly believe people "attack" you because they use Firefox? Totally separate issue. I post these here to ge...

It is very telling that he has not answered one question posed to him. ("I can't possibly respond to 30 people!") I think we got our answers based on his non-answers. We all know what's going on here. Spell it with me! S-P-A-M. Spammers always say they are just "providing information". Yes, informa...

The source linked from your own article indicates that Firefox is more standards-compliant than IE. And? Who is denying this. I agree. That is not the point. Neither browser gets it 100% right; but according to your own source , Firefox is at least as good as -- and often better than -- IE, ...

Since you're targetting us with your site, are you implying that we all block ads? That's something that's frowned upon here, since ad revenue is what keeps the net (and this site) more-or-less free No it was posted here because I've debated with members here about Firefox. The site was made to deb...

Mastertech, what is your overall point here? Can you sum it up in one sentence? Maybe I am missing something. Are you on some sort of internet conquest? If you are not a troll attemtping to drive revenue to your site, then why do you care what internet browser people use? Here is a question. If you...

Mastertech, my suggestion to you if you want an impartial discussion is to create an equivalent "Debunking IE myths" page and advertise it in the same manner you do for your "FF myths" page. Then people will see both sides of the argument and make their informed decision, as you so eloquently put i...

Such bull. IE wont even display the 'application/xhtml+xml' media type. This is a quote from an IE developer blog about IE 7: if we tried to support real XHTML in IE 7 we would have ended up using our existing HTML parser (which is focused on compatibility) and hacking in XML constructs. Mozilla va...

The problem with ActiveX is most IE users running at Admin level rights and unpatched systems allowing stealth install of malware applets. The fact that FF does not do ActiveX avoided the problem, as a result it has less chance of getting ActiveX related malware (there are dual mode malware now, bu...

Well, of those I don't agree that Firefox is not more secure than IE. I don't think that was the Myth rather: " Firefox is a secure Web Browser " if you think IE 6.0 will run on a 486 @66Mhz... perhaps your definition of "run" needs an update. And you have tested this not to work? Didn't think so. ...
