Re: ATI aspect ratio scaling fix: Windows 7 + Catalyst 9.12

This isn't new to 9.12. It's been this way since W7 came out. Why in god's name they don't change it to something slightly more intuitive is beyond me.

Airmantharp for CEO! I know you can't "officially" speak for the company, but I do appreciate your courtesy. It's a shame that no one working for UPS in my area shares your dedication to customer courtesy. I always tell people on the phone "I have nothing personal against you, but I must stress how ...

http://www.unitedpackagesmashers.com/ They have an extensive collection of UPS smashed packages and other anti-UPS things. I also prefer FedEx or even USPS over UPS simply because of bad service and delivery. A Dell monitor I ordered showed up in a box with a huge dent in one side, luckily the moni...

Funny you mention it. I am actually in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB. But I feel that UPS shouldn't get off that easily. After all, the major problems I've had with them span several years and many different locales.

It's amusing that you posted this today, because we just got in a shipment of relatively expensive servers shipped via UPS and several of the boxes were bashed open and mangled. I've had UPS put a forklift through one of my packages before and I've also had them leave a signature required package a...

It's entirely possible that it is a local issue, however in this case "local" would have to cover at least 3 states as I've had problems with them in three different areas. Even if it was only one distribution facility, the responsibility ultimately lies with the entire company. Locale and "bad appl...

Bottom line is for every horror story about UPS or whomever, there will be someone singing their praises. And they're more than welcome. I'm sure you'll find the same is true of a great many things in this world. Should that matter to the person who is wronged and wants to do something about it?

http://www.computerworld.com/databasetopics/data/story/0,10801,107230,00.html My only experience with DHL was when they lost my mortgage company's backup tapes with my personal data on it. On the plus side, ABN Amro gave us free credit monitoring and DHL did eventually find them. Still not warm fuz...

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and of course each person's experiences will differ, but I personally have never had a problem with FedEx or DHL. I have had a problem with UPS almost every time I've used them. As an aside, I'm not sure what you mean by "the subsequent (although seemingly earn...

Are there any major Anti-UPS sites?

I've had it with that company. I'll give a brief history without getting into too much detail (my blood pressure is already high enough after today's debacle) -2001: UPS delivers a laptop I sold to the wrong address. As a result, it sits in the snow for 2 days and is ruined. They refuse to compensat...

It's a good card I guess, but from what I've read the X850XT PE still beats it out for title of "fastest AGP card." Also if I were an AGP user, I'd be a little pissed that nvidia was trying to pass of a crippled 16-pipe card as a 7800. If you don't read the suffix, then sure you will be confused. I...
