If you don't mind paying, get TunnelBear. I used it and a couple of my colleagues too. It was great (am currently not using it, no need for it) for its price ($60 a year).

If you play on Xbox One X, it's sometimes nice to see some indies in 4K. Like Thumper and GRIDD: Retroenhanced—all ultraneon and light. Or remasters of older games, like Okami HD. To me, it makes a larger difference than photorealistic AAA games.

Been listening to jazz24.org for a few weeks already and am now too. The best thing when you don't want to choose anything, just to listen to a great selection of jazz.
