You clearly haven't played enough. Sentries are extremely vulnerable to an ubered heavy, and to demomen and soldiers if you just pop around a corner and let off a shot before ducking back. Besides that they have a limited range, so you can only use them effectively in chokepoints. Scouts can't take...

Since TF1 is my favourite FPS of all time, I'm disappointed with TF2. There is definitely more work that needs to be done on balance. Sentries are too powerful, heavy classes don't have enough survivability (other than the heavy with a medic). A scout should not be able to two shot a soldier with hi...

Diskless folding with windows possible?

Is it possible to set up a diskless folding farm with only windows machines? I have some spare machines around but not the disk drives to run them. (P3 450, Athlon 700) so I was wondering if you could run these with windows rather than Linux, because I have no experience with it and don't really fee...

Isn't putting the HDD in another comp and trying to boot off it not going to work? I mean all the chipset drivers and what not are going to be different... I guess you could try on another mobo and run the win xp setup from there and try scandisking and what not. If it is a mobo problem, I have a fe...

I don't know what you're blabbering about. I think my Shuttle SS51 looks pretty damn snazzy! 8) I think the SN41G2 looks great... until you put drives in and then it destroys the aesthetics. On the inside though... ugly ugly ugly. :) But when it comes to cases it's what's on the outside that counts...

Very nice. I'm really intrigued by that chrome british one. man was that slick. I think you're talking about the Cubit; it's not made by Biostar :) Still, for the price, I think Biostar beats Shuttle hands down. The R9100 graphics beat the snot out of GF4 MX; why doesn't ATI build an AMD chipset? N...
