What does it actually mean (full title, I've gathered from the context that it sorta means biased rubbish)

Any ideas on where it came from?

Erm... dunno, just wanted to see if I could count to three in German :smile:

I'm fairly certain it's in the Jargon file; a quick Google search would no doubt turn it up somewhere.

Hey, leave the google searches out of this, I'm didn't think it'd turn up....
