A DPDT relay would allow you to do that.

What I didn't hear in the video was the train's horn prior to the crossing. That's required for trains at grade level crossings in most jurisdictions, but local legislation may have changed that to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

Unfortunately, this seems to have been almost completely offset by the fact that when issues do come up, they all land in my lap, since I'm the only person from my department who is here.
So it's basically just like any other week in terms of overall productivity...
