Ah, a game that is much more my speed.

I wanted to come last year but my daughter was too young to go. Trying to beg the wife so that maybe I can go this year!

My only other time going was when my oldest was 2 and she had a great time. She loved the epic bubbles.

I've been attending since BBQ IX (despite their protestations of orthodoxy the Guild, the Bene Gesserit, and the Corrinos cannot live without the Ixian devices which "skirt" the Butlerian Rule) and it has always been 100% family-friendly.

I also just purchased from Amazon a box of 100 1.5" glow-sticks so that DrFish/Colton can relive 2 years ago. I'll test before heading out, but my guess is that a #1 Phillips screwdriver will make a proper and secure hole in both ends of the Meijer's taters I shall purchase that Saturday morning so that, after dark, the Golden Path of the Tuber may be observed by all. Crysknives are optional and the Fish Speakers are NOT invited.

The potato tracer round was epic. So simple, and yet, so satisfying.

Being closer to the event, I can confirm my attendance, barring of course any kind of catastrophe, but then catastrophes in my life tend to be the result of family, and family is all in Muskegon, so a catastrophe means I'll be in the area anyway.

I've been pondering on what to bring and I was wondering how attendees last year felt about my previous choice of the Sprecher soda selection? Did people like that such that I should consider bringing a haul of that again or should I consider something different this time?

Last year there was much boasting between the youths about who could program the better cornhole simulator. As these things go, the challenge was forgotten and is now being rushed at the last minute. The screenshot below comes from my nephew's desktop after about 6 hours of rapid development. According to him, the game should be ready before the BBQ.

Will it be on the ios or google app stores?

dude, those sprecher soda's were a hit! all flavours! so good. so much sugar. bring on the #beetus!

anyways, u may have to change my attendance from YES ZOMG YES to **** MAYBE NOT cuz of stupid work related crazyness i can't get out of unless I quit.

i'm still thinking how i'd be able to "work from home" in holland, but as it looks now, it's very unlikely the amount of support and bandwidth needed could justify it.

Ugh, that sucks. All the more so because Sheldon finally committed to being at the BBQ instead of going to his girlfriend's best friend's wedding a couple hours away. He's been vexed about that for months, but I was all like, "come on, do it for gleek!"
