Sunuva! I was going to use that exact clip to describe Intel's reaction to RyZen! Now I won't do it :-(

R.I.P. Bill Paxton, you made a lot of us smile over the years.

Som is your signature broken in my browser or is it really like 20 lines? I can't tell because sometimes the layout makes things weird.

..bummer, best "whiner" in the business. (..he pretty much made Aliens 2 my favorite of the franchise.)

His best role, and the one that took the most acting chops, was the weak-bladdered dude in True Lies.

61 and "heart disease surgery complications". There's a lot more to tell on this one when it finally comes out.
What we have today is way too much pluribus and not enough unum.

-yes, it sounds like bypass and arterial cleaning - which usually has a very low mortality rate (..particularly on the table or within a few days of surgery).

Did you know Bill Paxton was one of the two people to ever die to a Alien, a Predator, and a Terminator on screen? The other was Lance Henrickson.

The storm chaser tribute in the mid-west yesterday was very touching!

I heard he had a stroke while on the table; dunno if true. But the role that so many skip over is the one closest to my heart...evil brother Chet in "Weird Science." For me, that is a supporting actor Oscar performance hands down; he owns every scene he is in, and the timing, voice control and facial expressions are just perfect.
