Who's ready for the zombie a-PIG-alypse??

Wed Apr 17, 2019 3:25 pm

NPR on Twitter: The brains of dead pigs have been "somewhat revived" by scientists hours after the animals were killed in a slaughterhouse.

I'll be in my basement with a shotgun-arm ready for the hordes.

Hey, I played the period documentary Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs, and believe that with the right firearms and give 'em hell attitude, we can stave off the Hogpocalypse together.

I'll be impressed when they figure out how to make these resurrected pigs eat only brains.

So, he would have an enormous schwanzstucker?

Well, that goes without saying.
What we have today is way too much pluribus and not enough unum.

If this ends up wasting bacon in some way, then these zombie pigs have just made themselves an enemy.

This is the most important thing here. If a pig is killed and then the brain is brought back, the brain needs a host and as a result, that delicious pork belly will go uneaten.

Wait, wait, I thought of another zinger: In Soviet Russia, zombie pig eat you!

I'll be here all week!

A zombie a-PIG-alypse is all well and good, but I can't wait for the porcine reboot of a particular 1990s cult classic (obtusely pretending the 2017 sequel never happened):

Flatswiners. "Now that their consciousness has vanquished a fate to become bacon, they must confront darkness from their past or be denied eternal salvation. Based on a true story."
