Grokster video playback Q

Thu Apr 18, 2002 3:10 pm

Can other people "preview" avi files in grokster? I have never been able to. Other formats works just fine in the preview pane. For AVI's I have to wait until there done d/l. Anyone?

Thanks
Your bargaining posture is highly dubious.

AVI isn't designed to be a streaming format. MPEG based files are.

what you can do is copy the file to another place on your hard drive and run it through divxfix. This will rewrite the index at the end of the file so that you can view it.
