A blueberry lager. different but one of the few dark beers I've ever found palatable. Lets not discount the captian in me though :) I did a 30 oz. rum and coke...with about 22 oz. of coke. I feel very strange and will start to consume water en masse shortly.I plan to pee a whole lot.

3edit; the rum and cokes were with normal captian morgan spiced rom. The blueberry thing is only 9% by volume but i figure ontop of the shots i've had alreay it's topping me off rather well. Work ws hell so I drink till it's silent in my brain. it is good

Four shots of Absolute and still nothing. Its been sitting in the garage for a few months now, and I think it might have gotten frozen during this time and affected the alcohol content. Is that even possible?

Your garage must get cold to freeze vodka.

I want a new beer next week. I like ales, and I want a good one that is readily available and (hopefully well) under $10 for 6. Any ideas?

The last of a pack of "New Belgium" weat ale. It was on sale and they were out of summit EPA and leinie's in the fridge, so I got this. Oh, weat ale, how I love thee with food. Skip the rolls, I got liquid bread.

That said, I would never pay the premium for this, it's marginally better than the cheaper beers I normally get.

Bad office coffee - with lots of sweetener and H&H. I didn't have time this morning to use my Aeropress :(

We have a flavia machine here, which you would think would make good coffee as it just squirts hot water into a packet... hence no chance the brewer itself is messing up the coffee... well you'd be wrong, flavia is bad...

i have a Keurig coffeemaker at home that uses K-Cups. Much more betterer than Flavia :)

You're an Aeropress user too? My mom got one this past Christmas and it works quite well, although the grounds:coffee ratio is quite high compared to drip coffee. It can make some good tasting coffee though. Personally, I just use a French press; does the job for me :) .

The Bunn pour-over coffeemaker at work consistently produces gallons and gallons of perfectly-brewed coffee. Here's how:

Right now, I'm drinking Grolsch Premium Blonde.

I have a French press too, but I don't have any coffee. :( So it's bad gas station coffee for me.

Yeah, just got my Aeropress about a week ago, based on a recommendation by bryanl in the coffee thread. So far it's been great... it really reduces bitterness and acidity, but best of all, it's really fast and convenient to use (which is good because I'm a zombie in the morning).

Sumatra Mandheling, drip-brewed. Good, though this is my third cup and the first two were much better.

titan, get yourself some beans and stop abusing your precious tastebuds with rancid gas station "coffee."
