It was in my lease, back in my apartment days. That and NO washing of clothes after 8pm. I had a load of laundry thrown away because I started the washer at 7:45 and it was still running at 8:00.

My wife sold it while I was away at basic training. It was that or get a job. Of course she did a lot of stuff like that during the course of our marriage (9 years).
