There is a podcast called Podrunner that is designed specifically for listening while running. New podcast every week and they usually come it at about an hour each. The dude running it usually mixes it in three parts so you aren't listening to the same thing for the entire hour. They're not bad, especially if you don't want to mess with your iPod during your workout.
Go into iTunes, hit the store link and follow the links for podcasts. You'll find it.
If there is one thing a remote-controlled, silent and unseeable surveillance/killing machine needs, it’s more whimsy. --
