Taoism says: "The Tao (or Dao)is a power which envelops, surrounds and flows through all things, living and non-living. The Tao regulates natural processes and nourishes balance in the Universe."
Did Lucas have a SINGLE original idea??

The ONLY good thing about Jar Jar is that he helps me shoot better on the range...I just imagine that every OD green silhouette that pops up is an annoying pink alien bastard with a lisp who serves no purpose whatsoever in the grand scheme of things....POW! Die Jar Jar.

You should watch the Biography Channel and see the two hour episode on Lucas. He borrow all kinds of stuff for those orginal 3 movies.
Vader. That I would think was a great villian and pretty damn orginal.
