Just wanted to start a main thread for the game since there has been some recent news and gameplay shown.

I am insanely excited for this game. I used set alerts on their twitter account back when they were tweeting like once every few years. Big fan of CDPR and GOG.com. Witcher 2 and 3 have taken up a really large portion of my free time for the past decade.

If I had to guess today when this game comes out, it'd be early 2020. Coinciding with the original board game isn't too hard to fathom.

Sort of. It's a completely open world first-person RPG. From the takes I have read over the past week, from people who have seen the game in person, the city is insanely complex and the word people keep using is "alive."

But yeah, definitely want.

Do want. The fact that the environment is destructible(to some degree) is something I've always missed in other games ever since playing Red Faction years ago. If the rest of the game follows up with little unexpected things like that, then it should be pretty nifty.

ill take a brake from PoE just for this..

I'm definitely watching this one. Supposedly it will have an even bigger budget and staffing than Witcher 3.

I don't really doubt it. The made hella $$$$$$$$$$ from W3. And beyond that, all of W3 was amazing. The main game, HoS, and BaW. Not to mention the little freebies and fixes they made along the way. Just a great studio.

Btw, I still play W3 on the reg and I preordered it and played from release day.

This is on my must-buy list unless something goes horribly wrong.

CPR has a good enough track record I believe I'm in the same boat.

This will probably be the first time in 10+ years that I pay full new release price for a PC game. Probably gonna pre-order on top of it.

I'm insanely hyped for this game. First, CDPR is synonymous with quality. Second, cyber-punk is about my favorite genre of anything. I LOVE SHADOWRUN. The games, the atmosphere, the tabletop RPG, etc. I can't explain just how much I love it. Bladerunner, Vaporwave, all of it. I have watched very little video on this game and only follow it on the peripheral because I want to experience it as pure as I can without preconception - I know that CDPR is going to knock it out of the park. I really want a shadowrun style FPS/TPS with an excellent story element. I almost never get up for games anymore, but this game is going to be amazing. First day buy for me, 100%.

Just saw the gameplay and my mind was blown. Would definitely get this game after the reviews.

Its Potential Release date is revealed Its Accepted to be released in 2020, The CD Project working on its gameplay and graphics to make them more advanced. Maybe It will release on PS5 instead of PS4 if IT launched on 2020.

CDPR and 4A games are the only exceptions to my do not preorder rule

So I broke my no preorder rule for this one.

I still play W3, in fact I was just playing it this weekend.

If they ever port RDR to PC I think I'd be good for games for at least a decade!

16-04-20 is a long way off, but I can wait. So pumped. Especially since there wasn't crap about the new Bethesda titles I'm interested in. I'm still laughing about FO76.

Cyberpunk 2077 is already available as a pre-order on numerous marketplaces! <3 And call me crazy, but I've already bought it for myself! xD
