Fri Aug 18, 2006 10:44 am

Playing:
World of Warcraft
Burnout 3
Kingdom of Loathing

Want to get back to:
Final Fantasy Tactics
Rome: Total War

Looking forward to:

I've been playing tons of Total Annihilation in anticipation of Supreme Commander. I think I've played just two games of CivIV Warlords since I picked it up. TA is just so good... 8) Of course you would expect that from any nearly ten year old game that can still bring the most modern systems to their knees... :o

My gaming time is currently split between short bouts of carnage on various local csdm servers, and sessions of hack and slash Titan Quest style.

Can't wait for: FF XII, NWN II.

Hoping to see: Might and Magic 10, a REAL remake of Bard's Tale.

Gannoa pick up for the wife: Soul Calibur III, The Sims 2

Side question: Would I be considered a gamer even though I don't play FPSes??? (since it's really Autocad and Elder Scrolls that dictate my upgrade cycles)

Gamers are people that play games as a hobby, not people that upgrade their PC's, so I'd say yes.

Picked up Quake 4 today after Damage's statement that he thinks its the best looking game. My system plays it very fluidly and 12x10, which I wasn't sure if it would.

Wal-Mart has the game for $20! I wasn't expecting to find it that low.

I just loaded up Myth/MythII again and spent a couple hours playing. They're really dated looking, and yet are such great games. I wish somebody would make a new one as good as they are. *sigh*

Still playing UT2004 ONS. I'll take a break to play Portal, but for the most part I'm trying to keep my skills sharp for UT2k7.

A bit of an odd one but I am playing SimCity 4: Rush Hour. If I am lucky I get to play it an hour every other night...

If I had more time I wouldn't mind beating Oblivion again.

Currently playing:
NWN (trying to finish before NWN2 is released)
Age of Empires 3
Sacred
UT2004
Prey Demo
Just reinstalled Quake 1 using ProQuake

On my list to play:
Guild Wars
Dawn of War
Return to Krondor
Baldur's Gate 2
Hexen 2
Quake 2
Unreal 1
Half-life 1

I have a lot of old games that I never finished (or worse, never started!) so I'm trying to play through them all, one by one. I figure by the time I actually finish them all, I'll be able to buy modern games for dirt cheap. 8)
