If you're not familiar, the Nintendo DS version (and only that version) of Civ Revolutions was an excellent advancement on Civ II:
The mechanics of Civ II, but also included more recent additions like national borders and culture. It's the little unknown gem in the Civ pantheon, I feel.

I got sidetracked and haven't really messed with it in several months. Hopefully it was a bug which was crunched in a later revision of RetroPie.
