Wing Commander III for free

Fri Aug 29, 2014 5:46 pm

Wing Commander III: Heart of the Tiger is being given away over on EA's Origin. Yes, you need the dreaded Origin application to get it.

EDIT: Well its a day later and I fired the game up. Good Lord, I forgot how bad the Midi music was and how blurry and choppy the CGI is in these older games. Brings back memories though.

Never played WC3, but I totally loved Wing Commander: Privateer back then. Visiting space stations and trading goods just really caught my imagination.

I still have my multi-CD WC III CDs stored away on the shelf. They really did shove those FMV equipped titles down our throats, didn't they ?

Ah, WC III. Some of that FMV work has a real '80s pr0n star in it.
If the Earth were flat, cats would have pushed everything off of it by now.
