I have an LG G4 and was updating to get the new Marshmallow version. The looping icon is there but I can't reboot or restart my phone. Even if I remove the battery, the loop icon just shows up again as soon as I put back the battery. I think I should reset my phone now but am not sure how to do it correctly. Can someone help me?
