I finally found in task manager network details a listing of the total bytes received after starting task manager.
Approx 484 MB for 3 (39 minute) episodes. So maybe 160 MB per 39 minute show...
0.547 Mbps (if I did the math correctly?).
My account is set for up to 4k(no chance) and max quality of up to 3 GB per hour which would max out my DSL connection.
Amazon Prime does max it out while streaming.(6 Mbps)
But Netflix, once the show is running, sends data (4-5Mbps) for 2 seconds out of around 12 seconds. (@mid morning or @4am)
So 10 seconds of zero data coming in then two seconds of 4-6Mb.
No where near even standard definition quality.
Netflix says they stopped throttling data for the US in July.
If that is to be believed then that would leave AT&T. But AT&T admits to nothing.
So anyone else watching their network graph while watching Netflix?
Thoughts Welcome!
