that's how we have it connected. should i disable the wireless card?

What for? The Dlink Dl604 doesn't support wireless connections.

Oh and if it still don't work, unplug from power. After a minute has passed, fire up your modem, fire up the router and when that is in working order, fire up your computer.

Oh yeah make sure everything is set at factory defaults.

Thanks so much to every one who posted. I just got home from the LAN, it was awesome. All we had to do was unplug everything for a minutes and restart our comps. We had it set up right the whole time. We just never let it reset etc. Thanks. The only problem we had later was when we all tried to join the same battlefield vietnam server, we usually got disconnected after only a few minutes. What happened? Maybe the ping got too high? We have a fast connection and we all bought the game so it's not CD keys... oh well. THanks again.

i doubt you would have needed to unplug anything, resetting the computers probably caused each pc to request an IP from the DHCP server

this could have been done via: ipconfig /release, then ipconfig /renew
without resetting your computers

My reason for wanting to unplug the one PC was I thought he may have had ICS turned on and the other PCs were getting addresses from that.
