HELP

Sat Sep 21, 2013 2:28 pm

ok guys, i need some help here, recently moved, and in my new house, my bedroom is too far from my living room for wireless to be an option, i can barely even get my wireless n card to see the router. Now, i have an eastlink modem in the living room, and another one in my bedroom, so i have 2 totally separate networks in my house. That is all well and good, but i need a way to stream movies on my living room pc or ps3 from my bedroom computer. Any ideas of easiest way of doing it when there are 2 separate internet connections involved?

Have you tried backing down to 802.11g? Throughput is slower (but still fine for streaming movies) and has greater range.
